What should I bring to my first appointment?

You will not need to bring anything to your first appointment! In the complimentary consultation call, you will be added to our automatic system that will direct you to our required intake paperwork and payment information.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

The first appointment will be used to get to know you as a person and begin to understand your experiences. We cannot wait to meet you!

How do I get to the office?

Tamaya Counseling Center is located at 132 W. Lake Street #6 in Bloomingdale. Please enter in the back of the building, near the parking, and head down the stairs to our counseling space.

Do you take my insurance?

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO, and Aetna PPO. We also have self-pay options.
